Licensing & Policies

Everything you need to know about using our fonts legally.

By downloading and installing our fonts, you agree to the terms of this End User License Agreement. RentaType retains all intellectual property rights to the font software.

Desktop License

Permitted for creation of static imagery (logos, branding, posters, social media).
Valid for the number of users (workstations) specified at checkout.
Not permitted for web embedding (using @font-face) or app embedding.

Extended / Web License

Permitted for web embedding on websites using @font-face.
Limited to the monthly pageviews or app users specified at checkout.
Cannot be shared, sublicensed, or resold.

Prohibited Uses

You may not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the font software.
You may not distribute, sell, or host the font files on public repositories (e.g., GitHub).

For large corporations, agencies, or products with massive scale, our standard licensing tiers might not be sufficient.

An Enterprise License covers unlimited usage across all mediums (Desktop, Web, App, Broadcast, and Server embedding) without having to track pageviews, user counts, or individual sub-licenses.

Enterprise licenses also include options for font modifications or renaming.

We offer limited demo versions of our fonts for testing purposes. These are strictly for personal, non-commercial evaluation.

You may use demo fonts to create mockups or pitch decks for clients.
Demo fonts usually lack complete character sets (missing punctuation, numbers, or specific symbols).
If the project is approved or goes live to the public (including social media), you must purchase an appropriate commercial license.

Accepted Payment Methods

We process all payments securely via Stripe and Xendit. We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and virtual accounts/e-wallets depending on your region.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of font software, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the font files have been downloaded.

If you experience technical issues with the font files, please contact our support team and we will fix the issue immediately.
