By accessing and placing an order with RentaType, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and RentaType.

2. Digital Products

RentaType sells digital typographic software (fonts). When you purchase a font from our website, you are purchasing a license to use the font software, not the ownership of the font software itself.

The specific rights and restrictions of your usage are defined in the End User License Agreement (EULA) that you select during checkout.

3. Delivery & Fulfillment

Upon successful payment, your digital files will be immediately available for download on the confirmation page. You will also receive an email containing a secure download link and a copy of your receipt/license.

4. Refunds and Returns

Due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the font files have been downloaded. Please ensure you have selected the correct license tier and font family before completing your purchase.

If the font files are defective or corrupted, please contact us within 14 days of purchase, and we will replace them free of charge.

All content on this website, including but not limited to the font software, website design, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of RentaType and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any portion of our website or its contents without express written permission.
